Harrison Cyrus is a native of Prichard, West Virginia. He is a 2012 graduate of Marshall University and a 2015 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. Harrison began his legal career working as a civil litigation defense attorney at a Charleston, West Virginia based firm prior to joining the Pence Law Firm. His experience and practice are primarily in personal injury, workplace injury, employment, civil rights, governmental liability, and landlord tenant law. He has prevailed in several bench and jury trials and has defended several class action matters. Lastly, he also provides general legal counseling services to individuals, private companies, and governmental entities. He is admitted to practice in West Virginia and Kentucky. Harrison was selected by Super Lawyers as a 2024-2025 Rising Star in the field of civil litigation.

When he is not practicing law he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and watching auto racing, horse racing, and Cincinnati Reds baseball.

Harrison is licensed in West Virginia and Kentucky, as well as the Southern District of West Virginia, Northern District of West Virginia, Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
